It's a given that fresh ingredients make for better food, but what happens when your meal started 10 feet from the table?  That's the idea behind Old Brooklyn's "Farm 2 Table" dinner on September 9th.

The Benjamin Franklin Community Garden, at 5 acres, is the largest community garden in Ohio.  It is home to 207 plots and 180 gardeners and for one night local chef, Joe Horvath of Toast will make the most of its harvest along other local ingredients.

The event starts with a cocktail hour at 6pm with music and a locally sourced cocktail and appetizers. From there Chef Horvath and Brewmaster Joel Warger of Cleveland's new Goldhorn Brewery take you through four courses and beer pairings under the stars in the middle of Ohio's largest community garden.
